Service Description

These one-to-one sound healing sessions are a gentle, deeply restorative space for you to slow down, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. You’ll be welcomed with a herbal tea on arrival and we’ll begin with a relaxed chat so you can land, share how you’re feeling, and set an intention for the session if you wish. I’ll then offer a simple oracle or guidance card pull to anchor the energy for your journey. From there, you’ll be guided into a fully intuitive sound healing experience, created specifically for you in the moment. I draw on a range of instruments including gongs, Tibetan and crystal bowls, chimes, drums, tuning forks and other vibrational tools, allowing the session to unfold naturally based on what your energy and nervous system are asking for. Sound works on a deep level to support relaxation, emotional release, energetic clearing and a sense of balance and grounding. Many people experience deep calm, clarity, gentle release, or simply the feeling of being held and supported within the sound. There’s no pressure to talk, perform, or “feel” anything in a certain way. You simply lie back, receive, and allow your system to reset in its own way. We always leave time at the end for gentle grounding and reflection before you head back into your day. These sessions are ideal if you’re feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, disconnected, emotionally heavy, or simply in need of deep rest and nervous system soothing.
