I teach sound from a place of science.... Still magic, just not 'new age' or too fluffy...

Sound healing doesn't have to be 'spiritual' its 'holistic' by nature and doesn't need all the extra dressing up or cosplay to be powerful (in my opinion)

Starting my own meditation practice was the beginning of coming home to myself 🧘‍♀️

After having my kids, I completely lost myself.... I was deep in postnatal depression, trying to hold everything together, but felt empty inside

It was through finding my own meditation practice that things began to shift... gently, quietly, and almost without me realising 🧘‍♀️

Meditating helped me hear myself again.. it helped me breathe again 🩷

And little by little, I began to find my way back to myself… not the version I was before, but a softer, stronger, truer version 🧘‍♀️

Meditation isn't always about sitting in silence, its not about controlling your thoughts... its about stopping letting your thoughts control you 🧘‍♀️🥰

I have an extra special visitor coming to the Rose Cabin today 🥰🥰👶

2 of the lovely ladies who did their training a couple of months ago are coming back for a visit/practice with their new instruments.... and a BONUS one is bringing along their baby for me to have ALL the cuddles... got a wee area set up for him 🥰😻

I'm not even sure how to put into words how magical this weekend has been, with these 3 beautiful souls 🥰

The bond and alignment with them made the sessions flow so authentically, so effortlessly ✨️ it was magical to watch and experience 🎶

The ladies brought their own element of chanting om in during the sessions, and honestly my body was tingling 🎶🧘‍♀️

Because they live far from me.... in the US, Germany and the Isle of White, I likely won't get that second chance to catch up that is offered to students when they complete their training... I'm sad about that as I loved their energy

BUT.... I'm excited for them to take the spark I have hopefully ignited in them to their own places in the world 🥰

Just had this memory pop up... its was this day last year we had the crazy aurora 🌌🥰

We had such a lovely time at today's session... we heading along to the Glen at lunch time to sit at a waterfall and clear our energy for the afternoon 🧘‍♀️🎶

Really looking forward to day 2, thats when we get them on the bed and they get to experience what a session feels like 🥰🎶🥰

I absolutely love getting in between these 2 beauties and blasting myself... this is amazing for helping lower inflammation and help ease pain 🎶

The transition is almost complete 🥰

The wee Hielan Healer (me, Kim) is still the face behind it all, this just made more sense for the direction my business has been expanding in

I know I'm well known for being a teacher of sound healing, but I do also teach a LOT more things...

I have been in holistic health for over 20 years now.... I first started in clinical Aromatherapy and Reflexology, while studying Holistic Health & Stress Management at college full-time

So this next step just made sense at this time on my journey, to bring it all together into a more cohesive pathway for people to follow, from self-healing to practitioner to teacher 🎶🌹💛🧘‍♀️💛 🌹🎶

🌸 Important Update for 2026 Training 🌸

I’ve been reflecting on my offerings and the incredible community that’s grown over the years through my trainings.

I haven’t increased my prices in almost 5 years, but with the rising costs of living and the level of quality, support, and personal guidance I provide to each student, it’s now time to adjust my prices to reflect that value

From January 2026, all Harmonic Learning Academy trainings will move to the new pricing structure

This allows me to continue offering the depth of support, mentoring, and hands-on experience that each of you deserves, while keeping my work sustainable for the long term

If you’ve been thinking about joining me for 1:1 training or beginning one of my certified practitioner paths, I can still fit in a few students at the current 2025 rates until November, before I stop for the Xmas period and then the change takes effect 2026

✨ This includes private sound healing training, Therapeutic Touch, Aroma-Sonic Head Massage, and other practitioner courses

I’m so grateful for everyone who’s been part of this journey your trust and passion make all of this possible 🥰
