Im looking for honest feedback about the cover... its a work in progress at the moment

I dont want it to be flashy or overwhelming, because the book is about burnout, so the last thing I want to look at when im feeling like that is anything 'busy'

Honest opinions....

I posted about working on this book last year, I actually started to create/write it in 2024

Its a burnout book for neurospicy energy workers... the sensitive ones, the deep feelers, the space-holders who burn out differently 👀

I sent early copies to a few people last year to trial and the feedback has been so reassuring 🥰 Lots of “this finally makes sense” and “I feel seen”

I didn’t set out to write a burnout book, I wrote it because I kept seeing the same pattern... in myself, in my clients, and in other energy workers who are quietly holding far more than anyone realises

Neurospicy, sensitive, intuitive people don’t burn out in obvious ways... we don’t always collapse or crash dramatically, we slowly lose access to ourselves 😪

Our nervous systems stay switched on, our bodies carry what the mind keeps justifying... we’re good at reading energy, BUT we often miss our own until its too loud to ignore

Most burnout advice didn’t fit me....

It felt too restricted and focused, too disconnected from my own sensory reality and nervous system truth for the stage im at in life also playing a factor (perimenopause)

So I wrote what I needed and what I wish had existed sooner

This book isn’t about fixing yourself, it's ’s about understanding how your system actually works, why rest can feel complicated, and why your sensitivity is not the problem

I wrote it for the healers, therapists, and space-holders who love their work but are paying for it with their health

For those who feel guilt when they stop, for those who are exhausted but still deeply caring

This book is meant to be a supportive hug, not a set of instructions.... it's not about fixing... its a safe place for guidance, not another thing to achieve

Not everyone offering healing or spiritual services is suitable to work with women, especially in close or emotionally intimate settings 👀

Please take time to research practitioners, ask about safeguarding, and honour any inner hesitation you feel

Ethical practitioners welcome transparency, boundaries, and accountability.... anything less is a red flag 🚩

Certified vs. Accredited – What's the Difference?

When choosing a course, it's important to understand that certified does not always mean accredited

I have had the best 2 days with this beautiful soul @dawnohenleysmith 💛

Dawn was here to learn all about sound healing so that she can share it for 'free or donation based' at her events that she already runs 🥰🎶

Its a special person who invests their time and money into something to mainly benefit others... it was a beautiful energy to be with 💜 such a kind hearted soul 💓

Really hoping she comes back for another visit soon though as I loved her energy 🎶🌞

I’ve realised just how much “one size fits all” wellness advice is out there… and how unhelpful (and sometimes harmful) it can be, especially for women

Fasting
Cold water therapy
Early mornings
Pushing through... “Just build resilience"

I’ve tried a lot of it over the years. Some of it helped. Some of it really didn’t 🙈

What I’ve come to understand is this... our bodies are not machines, they’re rhythmic, hormonal, seasonal, sensitive, intelligent

What regulates one nervous system can dysregulate another 👀

What feels energising for one body can be deeply depleting for the next

When I started looking at things through a more holistic lens... women’s physiology, nervous system health, seasons, and even Ayurvedic doshas, it all clicked

For some bodies, warmth heals
For some, regular nourishment heals
For some, rest is the medicine
Not more discipline
Not more extremes
Not forcing yourself into someone else’s version of “healthy”

I’m learning to listen more and override less, to choose practices that feel supportive rather than impressive

And to trust that my body knows what it needs when I give it space to speak 🧘‍♀️🥰

Maybe wellness isn’t about doing more… Maybe it’s about doing what’s right for you 💜

Deep Rest · Resilience · Nervous System Reset

February’s Full Moon is known as the Snow Moon, a time in nature where everything slows, conserves energy, and rests beneath the surface.

This is not a moon for pushing, releasing, or fixing.

It’s a moon for resting, softening, and letting the body feel safe enough to settle.

In this session, you’ll be guided into a deeply nourishing sound journey using gong, drum, and Tibetan bowls, played gently and intuitively to support your nervous system and help your body come out of survival mode.

This is a space to:

Slow your breath and thoughts
Let go of winter heaviness and overwhelm
Feel grounded, held, and supported
Rest without needing to “do” anything

The sounds will move between grounding rhythms and steady, enveloping waves, allowing your system to recalibrate at its own pace.

There will be no pressure to release, no expectation to have a particular experience, just space to lie down, listen, and rest.
