I’ve been reading more on cymatics and it got me thinking about other connections...

Carl Sagan explained that if a higher-dimensional object passed through our world, we’d only see a slice of it.... a shadow or symbol of something far greater

Tgen I rememebred that Carl Jung said something similar in psychology... that 'when we reach the limits of what we can comprehend, our mind speaks through symbols, dreams, and archetypes'

It makes me wonder if all the images, patterns, and sounds we’re drawn to is our higher consciousness trying to communicate with us in a way we can understand 🌌🧘‍♀️🎶

Maybe every vibration, colour, and symbol holds a fragment of something beyond... 👀

This is exactly how I see sound healing..... the tones, frequencies, and harmonics are symbols too.... living reflections of energy we can feel but not always explain 🎶🧘‍♀️🎶

I teach sound from a place of science.... Still magic, just not 'new age' or too fluffy...

Sound healing doesn't have to be 'spiritual' its 'holistic' by nature and doesn't need all the extra dressing up or cosplay to be powerful (in my opinion)

The way sound interacts with matter, the way vibration shapes form, and the way frequency influences the nervous system 🎶🧘‍♀️🎶

For me, the real magic is the science....

Because when you understand the mechanics of how vibration, resonance, and energy actually work, you can use them with clarity, confidence, and purpose 🎶

Starting my own meditation practice was the beginning of coming home to myself 🧘‍♀️

After having my kids, I completely lost myself.... I was deep in postnatal depression, trying to hold everything together, but felt empty inside

It was through finding my own meditation practice that things began to shift... gently, quietly, and almost without me realising 🧘‍♀️

Meditating helped me hear myself again.. it helped me breathe again 🩷

And little by little, I began to find my way back to myself… not the version I was before, but a softer, stronger, truer version 🧘‍♀️

Meditation isn't always about sitting in silence, its not about controlling your thoughts... its about stopping letting your thoughts control you 🧘‍♀️🥰
