Private Group Sound Healing Session – 90 Minutes (Up to 4 People) These private group sound healing sessions offer a beautiful way to share a deeply relaxing and nourishing experience with friends, family, or a small support circle. Whether you’re looking for calm connection, emotional release, or simply a shared moment of rest, this is a gentle space to slow down together and reset. Your group will be welcomed with herbal tea on arrival, allowing time to settle, connect, and arrive into the space. We’ll begin with a relaxed group check-in, followed by a shared oracle or guidance card pull to set the energy and intention for your session. You’ll then be guided into a fully intuitive sound healing journey, created for the group in the moment. Using a variety of instruments including gongs, Tibetan and crystal bowls, chimes, drums, tuning forks and other vibrational tools, the session unfolds naturally in response to the collective energy of the group. Each person’s experience will be unique, yet held within the shared field of sound. People often describe feeling deeply relaxed, emotionally lighter, grounded, and more connected to themselves and to each other. Some simply rest, others drift, release, or receive quiet insights through the sound. There is no pressure to share or speak unless you wish to. You can simply lie back, receive the vibrations, and allow your nervous system to settle in its own way. We’ll always leave gentle time at the end for grounding and quiet reflection before you head back out into the world.
