You will go on a guided visual meditation to take you on a journey through your chakras
After the guided meditation you will have time to discuss and reflect on what you experienced
We will then get some guidance from the chakra oracle and finish the day off with a chakra sound healing session
You will be bathed in beautiful but also healing tones
Allowing the chakras to be cleansed and energised as they are brought back into harmony
