Join us for a blissful and rejuvenating mini retreat day centered around the soothing combination of nature, cacao & sound meditation

We will begin at the Rose Cabin for some Cacao, known for its heart-opening properties, promoting a feeling of connection and deepening your meditation experience with a heart opening meditation.

We will then go for a walk in nature, allowing you to connect with the beauty and serenity of the surroundings

Feel the refreshing breeze on your skin and the rhythm of the earth beneath your feet

As we stroll, we'll come across a stunning waterfall where you can choose to take a dip in the crystal-clear waters, refreshing both body and mind

After the walk we will return to the cabin for some nourishing homemade soup and freshly baked bread, made with love and filled with wholesome ingredients

Afterwards, settle into a blissful state of calm and relaxation during a transformative Sound Bath meditation

Allow the gentle sound waves to wash away any lingering tension, promoting deep relaxation and inner tranquility

Feel the vibrations resonate within you, harmonizing your being and creating a sense of balance and peace
