In this session, you will set intentions for the autumn season...

The session will be a blend of meditation and sound healing

The soothing vibrations and earthy tones of the instruments will guide you into a meditative state, helping to release old energy and embrace new beginnings

Each person will have the opportunity to share their seasonal intention (if they wish)

We will start off the session with some guidance from the cards, then set our intentions, and finish the session off with a lovely relaxing sound meditation
