The full moon is the perfect time to let go of anything that is lowering your vibration or wearing you down

We will begin the sessions with some lovely herbal tea and have a chat about what we would like to release

We will then get some personal guidance from the oracle decks, before settling in for a lovely relaxing sound meditation
