A grounded, heart-led foundation for personal practice and gentle guidance This online programme is an invitation to slow down, come home to yourself, and learn how to hold safe, steady space first for you, and then, if you feel called, for others. This is not about striving, perfection, or “doing meditation right.” It’s about presence, awareness, and learning how to guide from a place of calm, integrity, and lived experience. Created for those who feel drawn to meditation as a personal practice, and for those who wish to gently guide others, in private sessions, groups, online spaces, or within their existing work, this programme offers a grounded, accessible path that honours both nervous system safety and intuitive wisdom. You don’t need prior experience. You don’t need to be spiritual, confident, or polished. You just need a willingness to show up, breathe, and listen. What You’ll Learn Through a combination of written guidance, scripts, you’ll be supported to: • Build a consistent, nourishing personal meditation practice • Explore a range of meditation styles, including stillness, sound, breath, visualisation, loving-kindness, and movement • Learn how to guide meditation using your voice, pacing, and presence • Understand what it truly means to hold space, safely, ethically, and compassionately • Adapt meditation for different people, including neurodivergent participants, children, older adults, and those experiencing stress or trauma • Develop confidence in leading without pressure, performance, or overwhelm Downloadable Manual A small number of supported places are available at reduced cost for carers or those experiencing financial hardship.
